In using a dual tier headend architecture can one terminate the crypto on the 1st headend router and then terminate the DMVPN tunnels on a 2nd headend further into the core of the network.?  What is the requierment for reachability of the 2nd headend router?  Once you have crypto established can you set up your DMVPN termination at any oint in your network?
