Help installing wildcard cert for any connect use

I just want to make sure I do this correctly and I am hoping there is someone else who has already done this.

I have a wildcard cert from Entrust for my domain.  They sent me 3 files:

Intermediate.crt

Root.crt

ServerCertificate.crt

I also have the private key file:

star_mycert.key

Looking around it looks like I need to put these together before I import this into the ASA?
