Lots of tcp rst on clients for shortime.

Hi,

We have a VPN setup from one of our vendor were they use Palo alto firewall and we have cisco 4431 router at our end. When the vendors connect to network it takes 10-15 mins to browse the internet through proxy, but other internal networks and O365 apps are working instantly(o365 is bypassed in proxy).

We had a wireshark trace and could see lot's of RST flags from vendor machine to proxy. Any Suggestions to find the root cause ..?

You need to provide network diagram how it looks like.

Looks like some where in the path you have issue.

how about local users sitting in the Lan accessing the Websites using Proxy ? 

Where is Wireshark capture point ?

what is your Proxy Logs show ( what proxy is this ?)
