Not getting web lunch prompt for Any connect from ASA Firewall

Dear All,

 

We have deployed ASA Firewall with version 9.6.3 with Any connect APEX license .We have deployed any connect VPN successfully using manual installation from client PC.

 

However , we are not able to get the prompt for web lunch when we are connecting any connect server and we have configured multi-context in the Firewall .

We need your extensive support on this regards.

Web launch is not supported in multiple context mode (even on the most current 9.9 as well as on your release).

 

Here's the quote from the ASA 9.6 configuration guide:

 

Multiple context mode does not currently support the following features for remote access VPN:

  • AnyConnect 2.x and earlier

     

  • IKEv2

     

  • IKEv1

     

  • WebLaunch

     

  • VLAN Mapping

     

  • HostScan

     

  • VPN load balancing

     

  • Customization
