We have deployed cisco umbrella destination lists and policies for URL filtering. For testing purpose, we have one policy set to unlimited access, while the other one is restricted to "Allow Only" mode.
We have Google Web Designer desktop app that works fine when the user is assigned unlimited access. But when the user is moved to restricted access, the app just shows a blank start-up page. We have allowed the main main google web designer URLs but when I checked the logs on the PC for web designer, it is showing me this error:

I have tried allowing the Google Web Designer in the windows firewall as well in both inbound and outbound rules, but I guess there is something that is not been setup in the Cisco Umbrella which is denying the connection. Need some suggestions to check it further!! Thanking you in anticipation.
