Hello Team.

We are using Version: 8.8.0-085 for Web and we are facing slow upload speed for 1G connection we are getting only less than 100Mbps via wsa. Is there any bug for this version ?

From the packet captures we are able to see proxy is sending TCP ZeroWindow continuously, is there any way to resolve this

980    36.706741    192.168.10.20   192.168.20.12    TCP    66    [TCP ZeroWindow] 53410 → 3128 [ACK] Seq=304 Ack=209981 Win=0 Len=0 TSval=53170124 TSecr=452846465

Firstly please bear in mind the working as a proxy server, WSA has network tweak to ensure all users will not be impacted by a large download/upload.

According to your posted one package, it looks a client connection between client machine and WSA. It is quite difficult to determine the cause as quite a lot issues could cause this like WSA could not complete the upload to the server quickly etc.

What is the network tweak? Does it still apply in 9.x and up?

We have some changes in version 9.x and version 10.x. Especially we introduced a new command "networktunning" from version 9.x.

Here is quoted from version 9.x release notes.

###

CLI command, networktuning, which can be used to change send and receive buffer sizes. Use carefully; see the section “Upload/Download Speed Issues” in the Troubleshooting chapter of the user guide for more information.
