Cisco Webex Network Test / Network Requirements

I ran the Cisco Network test @ https://mediatest.ciscospark.com/#/main
At the end of the test there is a link to the Spark Connection Requirements.  This same link (https://help.webex.com/docs/DOC-4401) is referenced when you copy your results to clipboard -> LINK DOES NOT WORK

Any help would be appreciated!

Would be good to understand what you are trying to run?
The media test is a nice tool but it is more geared to look at Webex teams/Devices.
If you want Webex Meetings use this - https://help.webex.com/en-us/WBX264/How-Do-I-Allow-Webex-Meetings-Traffic-on-My-Network<>
For Webex Devices (devices registered to Webex) and Webex Teams use this - https://help.webex.com/en-us/WBX000028782/Network-Requirements-for-Webex-Teams-Services

If you want to go deeper slide 63/64/65/66 onwards https://www.ciscolive.com/c/dam/r/ciscolive/emea/docs/2020/pdf/BRKCOL-2120.pdf
Remember Windows Active Director Policy needs to be used to mark Webex traffic from a Windows machine on process atmgr.exe for QoS at (34) AF41 UDP Destination port 9000. This is in a Cisco Live presentation as well but I cant find it right now!

Thanks

Thank you for the slide deck.  Those were usefull slides.

I was hoping that there was a tool similar to the Network test for Webex Teams that a client / end user could run, verifying connectivity through their network.

For example if UDP ports are pen.  I know I sometimes see in WCH analytics that meetings are 100% TCP and that obviously UDP is being blocked.

@nathanaelb , we recommend using https://mediatest.webex.com (instead of the old ciscospark.com URL). At the end of the test you will find a link to the "Webex Teams Connection Requirements": https://help.webex.com/WBX000029031/
This link will give you an overview on the network requirements for Cisco Webex (link you mention above), Cisco Webex Teams, and Cisco Jabber.

Thanks,
Goswin

Looks about right in terms of the documentation, recently updated for both.  5004 for Webex Teams yes.
