Webex Teams Meetings - Custom Joining Message

Hi,

One of our customer is using the Webex Teams Cloud Solution.

They want to have a custom message played when a Guest joins the meeting; something like "Thank you for joining the Cisco Meeting" .. I have checked the admin hub and there doesnt seem to be an option to do this. Only option i could find was to edit the joining beep to announce the name of the person who has joined.

Is there something I am missing or is it not possible with the Webex Teams to customize the announcements for people who join the meetings.

Hi, in meeting annoucements cannot be customised. However with CCA SP audio it is possible to customise prompts as illustrated in the article https://help.webex.com/en-us/WBX90977/How-Do-I-Customize-Prompts-for-Cloud-Connected-Audio-CCA
