New Reporting API

From what I can see, reports are generated for the previous calendar day.  No reports for current day exist.  Please confirm.

 

Questions:

 

1. What time zone determines what a day is?

2. How soon after midnight are reports available?

3.  Any estimation on how long it takes a report to run?  I understand that it is dependent on data volume but is there some metric that will help me understand the time?

4.  Is there any limit on the number of records, especially for larger organizations?

Reports are generally available within 24 hours of meeting completion.
