Whenever I share (play) a video file (MP4 or other) during a Webex Event, the audio from the file will not come through a bluetooth headset, which is what most people in my organization use. Instead, the audio will switch to the computer's speakers. As the host, I always use a headset. When I share a video file the audio will switch to my computer speakers instead of the headset. My headset is a Plantronics. All other audio comes through the headset fine.
In my Webex Event audio connection settings, the Speaker and Microphone are set to "Headset Earphone (Plantronics BT600)", which is the correct Plantronics model.
