@csco11063007 , it is important to note that it's up to the company organising the MSFT Teams or Zoom meeting to provide the possibility to join the meeting with a Cisco (or any SIP video) device. In other words it's up to the organiser to have the required CVI licenses (for MSFT Teams meetings) or the Zoom Connector (for Zoom meetings).

Next to that you also have to take into consideration the way your Cisco video endpoint will connect to the meeting:
- If your Cisco endpoint is registered to the Webex cloud, it will be able to dial any SIP URI without any problems
- If your Cisco endpoint is registered to an on-prem CUCM, it will require an Expressway infrastructure and Rich Media Sessions (RMS) licenses to enable B2B SIP video calls
Remark: RMS licenses will not be needed if the organizer has a CVI solution from Cisco Webex, as the Cisco video endpoint will dial a *.webex.com SIP address which doesn't consume RMS licenses.
