MAC Version 41.9.0.19961 & headset 730 issue using the 700 USB adapter

Hello team,

If I directly connect the headset MAC -> BT -> Headset everthing is fine.

If I use the USB 700 adapter to connect MAC (with 700 usb) -> BT -> headset the pressed buttons are not "forwarded" to the webex app.

When I press the mute button (directly connected) I get a message form headset -> call muted and I can "see" the mute state in the webex app. If I now press the space bar, the call is unmuted.

If I use the USB 700 and press the mute button the headset tells me -> call muted  but there is no change in the webex app. Here the call ist still unmuted, so pressing the space bar nothing happens and my user is not shown as muted in the participant list.

Hi,

I did some more test. If I use the headset without the USB dongle, the sound recorded by the micro is very bad.
If I use the USB dongle the audio is ok. 

So I have to use the dongle for audio quality but in this case I can not control the webex app using the headset buttons.
