Voicemail button/tab missing in Webex mobile client after close/reopen

On version 43.2.0 of the Webex mobile client for IOS, if you close the app and then re-open it, the "voicemail" button goes away in the Calling screen.

If you sign out and then sign back in, the button re-appears.

Is this a known bug?

Same issue.  I signed out/in, reinstalled the app, and same issue.  I can get the tab to show up by opening the WebEx app, leaving it on the calling screen, locking the iphone for ~10 seconds, unlocking the iPhone and the tab will reappear.  I have to repeat this process anytime I close down the WebEx app.

Switching networks also works.

I also have this problem.  I am running version 43.5.0 (4058) on Apple iOS version 16.4.0(a).

 

I'm still having the problem on the same build as you, Keith, it but it's not consistent. Last time I fixed it by uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

Very frustrating.

Thanks for the tip Brian.  I am going to use my email for keeping an eye on my voice mails.  I believe it is an issue with the WebEx app that they will fix soon.  Hope so anyways.

I haven't seen a bug under https://help.webex.com/en-us/article/mqkve8/Webex-App-%7C-Release-notes#reference-template_5631644b-f38f-462b-a1ff-e215a50b657c.

I just tested it with version 43.2.3 and I was not able replicate the issue.

I'm having the same problem on 43.3.1 but logging out and back in doesn't fix it.
