Webex Teams - New user error "We couldn't deliver email to "users email"

Hi have you seen this error when a new user attempts to log on for the 1st time to the Teams Client?

  out of 75 new users with the same AD & Outlook settings, only 1 is getting this error

Is this a one time occurrence or continually seeing the same error for that user?
