Access Point WAP150 Single Point

I have questions in cluster settings.

(1) Number of WAP devices per single point setting WAP150:4
Does the setting 'WAP150:4' indicate that a maximum of 4 WAP devices can be connected in a single cluster?

(2) Registering an AP in a Created Cluster
When creating a new cluster, do you register it with an existing cluster name, or do you add it to an existing cluster?
Why does the SSID, among other settings, change to CISCOSB-setup when registered under an existing cluster?
