Cisco 9124AX as WGB on non-DFS channels

We have this Cisco 9124AX for the European market, configured as WGB (work group bridge) and we would like to use it on non-DFS channels on the 5GHz band.
However, we are not allowed to add any such channels to the scan list, we can only use channels from channel 100 and up.
We suspect this is due to the 9124 being classified as an outdoor equipment. Can we change it to an indoor configuration, or by any other method use it for the non-DFS part of the 5GHz spectrum?

I don't think it's possible.

We have upgraded to WLC 9800-L version 17.13.1, and the 9124 to 17.13.0.107, and here we can set the 9124 to Indoor mode, making it possible to use non-DFS channels. Note that this applies to normal AP working mode, not only WGB.
