Cisco Mobility Express 1850i 8.3.100 host ap problems

Hi all

We've purchase two 1850i AP recently, due to it support Cisco Mobility express function, we translate one and plan let remain 18 join it, but it doesn't work properly. On the CME Master 1850i web, we can see the subordinate 18 info under "ACCESS POINTS ADMINISTRATION" page and cli. However, we cannot edit it ip and display uptimes, and see any client associate with it.

we also check the release notes from Cisco. it doesn't show 18 can or cannot host another 18 AP.

so... any ideal about this ?

I've seen this once before when using HP switches.  They wouldn't forward a certain type of traffic.

What kind of switch have you got this plugged into?

Thank you for your help, I didn't notices IOS version of switch, but it's 100% Cisco 2960S PoE Switch.
