I downloaded the latest NCS image(virtual appliance) and have tried to deploy it locally to test with the equipment I have. I don't have access to an ESXi server and due to this I tried deploying it on Virtualbox. The deployment is successful and I have configured it, however when I try starting it I am presented with the following error:

Running the `ncs status` command shows that everything is stopped. I read in another forum (dated a year ago that ESXi is needed). Is there a way around it to run a test lab or is it imperative to get an ESXi server to run the NCS.
