Cisco Wireless IP Phone 8821 IP Learn state

Hello,

We have 3650 switch acting as a wireless controller. We want to deploy VoIP Wireless solution with Cisco IP Phone 8821. But after configuring WLAN and other settings like DHCP, 8821 doesn't get an IP address. show wireless client summary command displays client stuck on IPLEARN state.

You can see WLAN config in the attachment.

Cisco Wireless IP Phone 8821 and 8821-EX Wireless LAN Deployment Guide doesn't list 3650/3850 controller solution as supported. Could it be a reason or not?

What happens if you have a smartphone or tablet connect to this SSID? Do they get a valid IP address?

Yes, the other devices (laptop, smartphone) are connecting without any problem.

In the SSID, is DHCP Required ticked?

No.

Enable debug and get the phone to join the wireless.
Post the entire debug of the phone.
