Computers disconnect continuously from WiFi when in office

Our Customer is facing issue on their corporate SSID , We have capture debug and found below logs .

Can anyone suggest what can be issue , currently WLC is on IOS 8.5.171.0 and access points connected AIR-CAP3702I-Z-K9.

What kind of machines are having problems?  Are they Intel-based AX2XX or Realtek RTL88xx wireless NIC?

For Realtek RTL88xx, the wireless NIC driver should be, at a minimum, 6001.10.352.0 (and later).  Refer to CSCwf03870. 

For Intel-based AX2xx, the wireless NIC drivers should be 22.200.2.1 (and later) or 22.220.0.0 (and later).  Refer to CSCwe50033.

   Whilst the bug report , seems to target older versions , look at https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/wireless/wireless-lan-controller-software/200046-tac-recommended-aireos.html  and upgrade the controller accordingly (check if that can help)
