debug client <MAC address> no output for WLC 5508

Hi

I have tried to perform a debug client <MAC address> on WLC5508 but there isn't any output even though I restart the process of laptop client connecting to the wireless SSID.

I am trying to troubleshoot an issue on "Limited Access" as found from the PRIME, the radius NAC state is : DHCP_ReqD.

The logical reasons for this happening are: 

1.  Client MAC address is incorrect;

2.  Wireless client is not authenticating to the correct WLC; 

3.  Wireless client is not "talking".

Thanks for your reply.

However, the client MAC address is correct because when I went to PRIME to insert the MAC address, it given me back with all the detailed info on the wireless clients.

As such, I copied the mac address and pasted it at the WLC debug but problem still the same.

debug client 84:3a:3b:a1:13:3e

For item 2) we only have 1 x WLC. no redundancy.
