Hi Scott,

thanks for anwsering:

Found this on google: https://quickview.cloudapps.cisco.com/quickview/bug/CSCvh77017

I saw this Bug, but it´s from WLC5500.

I wanna look in the Excel Sheets, hope to find something.

I´m wondering about something, at Network Summery in the Client Tab , SNR is 0 but the Signal Strenght for example -40 up to -60... here is something wrong :/

The model at times doesn’t matter for bugs. Sometimes it is, but what is listed is typically from the Tac case that was opened and what the customer had. As far as your other question on snr, if you see that client detail in the cli differs from the WebUI, then maybe the WebUI didn’t refresh yet or it’s a cosmetic bug. Also look at this link for suggested code to use:

Hello for everybody.

Is it possible to configure logging to a specific external tftp server, like tftpd64? Like "logging host 1.2.3.4" for switch or router.

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/wireless/4100-series-wireless-lan-controllers/107252-WLC-Syslog-Server.html

You already posted the solution to your own question, but just to make sure: yes this is possible.

Just make sure you use a Syslog server, not tftp, for logging.

Thank you for answer.

Yes, it is my mistake - not tftp, but syslog server. Like the next one.

Didn’t know that tftp64 also can do Syslog. In that case it should also work, but I suggest a real, Linux based syslog server. There are various applications. A WLC can create a LOT of logfiles!
