Hi All,

Recently upgraded to PI 3.1.5 and unable to access any of the other sections within Administration / Users / Users, Roles & AAA page.

anyone else is having a similar issue?

Try clearing browser cache if you haven't already, Cisco usually includes this recommendation in upgrade guides for PI.
