Upgrading Cisco prime 3.1

Hi there

I got this warning when i try to upgrade ny Prime server.

An existing application install, remove, or upgrade is in progress. Try again shortly

After waiting allmost 5 hours i still got the messages.

Is there any way i can see the status of the upgrade status

Did you try stop all services and start this process ? If no luck I would restart prime server and see.
