Wi-Fi for agricultural field

Has anyone deployed Wi-Fi for agricultural field ? Please share your experience if you can and nudge me to right resources if Cisco has a case study, the more technical it is the better.

The most important question is:  POWER. 

Is there a way to bring power to remote parts of the property?

I don’t know yet, but assuming yes, what’s your recommendation, I am in process of exploring options including fluidmesh, cradlepoint and Cisco LoRaWAN gateway.

No, I am not assuming anything.  

If there is no way to bring power then there is no way to power up the APs -- It is as simple as that.

Get a wireless site survey done and design the APs as MESH.
