There are many good blogs out there in regard to this. Just search “Cisco wlc guest certificate”. You basically need to purchase a certificate and have access to create a DNS entry for the Guest certificate you create. Here are some links:

i success upload certificate for web admin but always fail when upload for web auth

did you generate CSR from WLC or via Openssl ? 

if you are using Open ssl then use OpenSSL Version 0.9.8

i am generated csr from open ssl and send to comodo free ssl, i have get *domainname*.crt and *domainname*.ca-bundle. what should i do?
