Good Day,
I have received several reports over time from the same physical location regard their inability to authenticate to an 802.1X WLAN (Radius server online and reachable with no errors on the server.) Generally, it will only be a handful of APs that cause this and while the issue is on-going the clients at my other locations and/or APs are generally fine. I can fix it with a hard reset of the AP but I feel like there is something reoccuring that is causing this issue and would like to try and identify it.
Technology Consists of Chromebooks, Apple Equipment and Android Phones primarily.
For this Location I have 13 x 1810W Access Points running in FlexConnect Mode with Local Switching:
(Something to note is I have noticed that occasionally the APs are giving out their own VLAN IP instead of the IP specified on the WLAN. An example is a Client connecting to AP and having a 10.45.x.x IP (VLAN 45) instead of a 10.10.X.X IP (VLAN 10) on WLAN ID 7 but the client still has a VLAN id of 10 in the client details despite proper settings)
