the lda_server process is having trouble reading EEPROM information off an optic on line card 1

please check the following output to see which port is reporting the issue.

show controllers lda trace reverse verbose location 0/1/CPU0

you should see something like this;

Failed to get compressed port EEPROM data (0x46428600: 'fca' detected the 'warning' condition 'The protocol/capsulation/interface could not be found') <TP37:#0x6#>
