Nobody?

CuciLync configuration page shows how to do it. I suppose I just have to ignore the Lync Server 2010 part as I am integrating it with Office 365. (CUCILync Installation and Configuration - Cisco Systems)

No help about Office 365 in CuciLync 9.2 administrative guide too (Administration Guide for Cisco UC Integration for Microsoft Lync Release 9.2(3) - Cisco Systems)

I have not found any precise documentation. However, CuciLync seems to work perfectly using the CSF device created for Jabber. No additionnal configuration was needed, only the installation of CuciLync on Lync 2013.
