the database of telepresence management suite (tms)

Good morning,

we are analyzing the database of telepresence management suite (tms), because a customer want to know the point-to-point calls and the multi-point calls for every endpoints.

Please can you help us?

We are analyzing the sql server TMS database to identify the sources that produce the given internal reporting of web product.

We have seen that there are many procedures that deal likely to provide aggregate data to the web application.

In particular, we have identified the procedure “NET_Statistics_GetAdditionalReportsById” as the one that can do the job for the extrapolation of conference data.

Unfortunately we were unable to find the information that allows the distinction of multi-point calls from those point-to-point.

So we need your support in order to:

1. find a field or a DB query / procedure that allows us to distinguish a call from a multi-point point point (the main point).

2. understand what are the queries or procedures that extract data from the database sql server shown in the web reporting.

3. understand if there is a way, through software APIs(REST,SOAP,ecc..), that can allow the extraction of all data from the TMS to reporting purposes (same data show on the TMS web tool).

Thank you

Hello,

For retrieving Call Detail Records you should use the Cisco TelePresence Management Suite Analytics Extension.

For the TMS database there are no published documentation.

The TMSAE is documented.
