PCCE ip phone statistics

Hello I need help! I have PCCE 9 and finesse, I need that IP phone receive statistics from skuillgroup and campaing that is member agent.

how can accomplished that?

An IP Phone will not receive statistics. The Finesse agent desktop will receive statistics for a supervisor’s team, but there is no campaign statistics.

Are you using the PCCE API? It is for configuration only.
