XML ip phone statistics from Package PCCE

Hello I need help! I have PCCE 9 and finesse, I need that IP phone receive statistics from skillgroup and campaing that is member agent.

Also that can Agent receive call from skillgroup display Name of campaing

how can accomplished that?
