Customer is running UCCE 8.5.4, from day 1 the Call Variables (1,2,3 -10) are not populated in the Verint (Call Recording). Verint does connect to the UCCE CTI Server. It is been noticed this is intermittent for some variables.
Noticed from "procmon ucce cg1a ctisvr"
CTIOSServer uses Version 15 (Client) - Can confirm Call Variables are shown currently at CAD.
But Verint
Comverse (Infolink) uses Version 8 (Client)
Is there a known backward compatibility issue ?

There is no compatibility issue using protocol version 8, all the Callvariables should be present. If you need assistance troubleshooting the issue, open a Service Request and provide the CTI Server and CTI Client logs demonstrating the issue.
