This may be a basic question, but we are figuring out ways to determine whether a call is dropped by calling party or called party, in a contact center environment.
When two parties are on a call, and called party's terminal being observed, when the call ends, we get TermConnDropped event and bunch of other call events . However, these events does not indicate who dropped the call (is it remote disconnected), the cause code in TermConnDropped event is same irrespective of who disconnects the call.
Is there a way to detect whether the call was dropped since the remote user disconnected the call?
