What is the official statement on supporting Windows Remote Desktop session for TAPI and Media Driver.

   It is mentioned in page 31 of  http://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucmac/arc/cubdacag3115.pdf

as - Note

Please note that installation via Terminal Services/Remote Desktop is NOT supported. Only a local installation or VNC connection is supported.

Hi Geevarghese,

The document you are referring and the CDET is from an application perspective. I am more looking for the actual statement from Cisco TSP perspective. Is it possible for Cisco TSP and Media functionality to work properly if installed normally but used as a via Terminal Service/Remote Desktop.
