For Packaged Call Center Enterprise(PCCE), what Cisco Live Data Reports are included? I need the name of the report and the definition.

PCCE 10.5/11.0 includes all 4 Real Time reports that are currently available on Live Data.

1. Agent Real Time
2. Agent SkillGroup Real Time
3. SkillGroup Real Time
4. Precision Queue Real Time
