Terminal object not removed when used provider.shutdown or provider.deleteTerminal()

Hi,

I had observed that terminals are not deleted when I use provider.shutdown() method.

Only addresses are removed.

I checked this by using RTMT tool.

Other thing that when I used provider.deleteTerminal(), JTAPI shows that Terminal is deleted.
But when I use RTMT tool, it shows deleted Terminal with state as Opened.

How can we remove Terminal objects so that they will be not opened in RTMT tool?

Can any one elaborate how CTI manager works internally?

How CTI Manager creates and uses JTAPI objects like lines and Terminals?

Hi,

Do you still require assistance with this?

When you say, you are checking behavior with the RTMT tool, is it by adding counters or reviewing the logs? Which counters are you using?
