Hello,
we have the following problem:
We use a CiscoRouteTerminal to queue calls.
When a call comes in with a CallCtlOfferedEv we do accept() the call with CallControlConnection object.
After this we get a CallCtlConnAlertingEv. With the CallControlTerminalConnection object we do answer() the call.
Then we get a CallCtlConnEstablishedEv. With the CallControlTerminalConnection object we want to set the call on hold(), so the caller hears the MoH.
This works fine with the most of our customers, but with one customer we have the problem that we get
"com.cisco.jtapi.PlatformExceptionImpl: Cti request timed out" after a view seconds of the hold command. It's not allways. Sometimes some calls are ok and MoH is played.
We allready checked MediaResourceGroups, Codecs but we didn't find the reason for this error.
Can anybody help?
Regards
Markus
