2 times providerchange event for CiscoAddrCreatedEv

Hi,

Our application is getting providerchanged event 2 times for "CiscoAddrCreatedEv" for extension mobility login case. Is there any specific reason? Our CUCM version is 10.5.

Is there any harm if we are adding address & call oberserver blindly( without checking if observer is already added) ?

Do you have 2 observers on Provider?  Can you attach JTAPI logs?

There is no harm is adding the same observer more than once.
