TermConnection.getCiscoRecorderInfo() returns null

Our CUCM is 10.5 and JTAPI library is of 10.5 CUCM and 64-bit. When I call startRecording API, 2 streams are initiated and landed to our IVR's CTI Port and in ringing state. At this time If application calls TermConnection.getCiscoRecorderInfo() it always returns null. What could be the reason?

Resolved. Perhaps recording stream calls were not establishing properly.
