Are there any APIs available to initiate actions that you can do in the WebEx client?  For example, muting/unmuting?

We did evaluate it, but found the TSP API is for interfacing WebEx with your own conferencing bridge solution.  It defines methods/events for WebEx itself to do call control on that bridge.

What we're looking for is a way to tell WebEx what should be done with the calls (which it'd of course forward on to whatever TSP it's using).  For example, an API for muting audio (or or both ways) for a caller.
