We are testing Finesse and running into issues using Finesse and Salesforce's Service Console. We need to pass incoming call numbers from Finesse to a visualforce page in the Service Console. Has anyone on this board done this?
a) any guidance or documentation on how to code this (HTML5, javascript, ...)
b) any recommendations for 3rd party apps
Our use case is very simple right now. We want to use the incoming phone number to open a vf page in the Service Console. We can open the visualforce page but can't get it to open in the console.
