IP Telephone CP-8831-K9 Different versions

Hi, I have a CP-8831-K9 IP telefone,And I want to use it in Latin America, but I saw in the specification that there is another version for LA: CP-8831-LA-K9. My Question is, if the difference between the different versions (LA, EU, US) are in the supply, connection switch, etc, or the telefone isn´t compatible in other countries

The reason for the SKUs is this field notice reference the radio frequency.  If you follow the Solution/Workaround you should be fine with the 8831 model you have currently. rgs ashish
