CTI Events between CUCM and Verint Impact360 is randomly not delivered

I developed an application called "PCClient"  that make an integration with Verint Impact360 and CUCM. The PCClient monitors the CTI events using the JTAPI Library and application user in CUCM, processing those events and send HTTP requests to Verint Impact360 when the call is established or finished.

This application receive all CTI events from CUCM but the Verint Impact360 is not always receive, it is intermittent. So the Verint Impact360 can not process the HTTP request because it is not recognize when the call is established or finished.

The JTAPI User of Verint Impact360 in CUCM is monitoring a lot of extensions, about 3000.

When this problem happened in the first time, In the CUCM > CTI Manager, we increased the parameters "Maximum CTI Connections" to 10000 and "Maximum Simultaneous CTI Connections" to 100, however the problem persists.

Can anyone help us with this problem?

As you written that your Cisco plugin is receiving all the events but Verint Impact 360 is not getting all the events-

"This application receive all CTI events from CUCM but the Verint Impact360 is not always receive"This application receive all CTI events from CUCM but the Verint Impact360 is not always receive.................."

This means Verint Impact 360 module has get blocked and unable to process next http request.

Can you please check from this angle?
