How to test Web Ex meeting on my local system

I have just registered with cisco on developer site, I don't see any document or link where I can see the reference to start with Web Ex.

Can you please let me know how to set up an account and test that on local system with Asp.Net?

Hi, Nikil! All of the information you need to get started with a WebEx Sandbox environment can be  found on Devnet - a direct link is provided below. There are two main APIs - XML and URL. These are language agnostic - as long as you can create an XML document or send a POST URL in that language.
