Can anyone help me with this issue.
I am having a look at live data on a lab PCCE solution.
Just to highlight that this error has just stopped without any intervention on my part.
But I am curious. If it re-occurs what should I review, what services are recommended to be restarted?
When I run a live data report I got the following error on CUIC report. RTR.Rest.Error
I assumed the root cause is CUIC is unable to access data from ICM Router Rest Web Service?
But not sure what to do next.
CUIC had all necessary services running.
When you use the below URL, you get confirmation that the "jmsHeartBeatReceived" is FALSE.

The LiveData JMS Data Source on CUIC is Green.
Any ideas on what was wrong?

I had same trouble and solved by rebooting CUIC Server.
Have you tried yet?

Yes. This is working for me now. What I was looking for was a root cause of the issue, so if it occured in production you would know how to troubleshoot it.
It actually corrected itself and a reboot also will likely fix to.
I now made sure the my servers are started in correct order which also seems to reduce the occurrence of it.
e.g. ICM, Before CUIC, CUIC, before Finesse etc.
My lab server is not very powerful, which is likely adding to the issue, but it does seem a little 'sensitive'.
