Hello,
I've configured Agent Greeting feature for CVP 9 and i am dialling the recording script from Finesse 10.5;
i am choosing the option to record a greeting, then ( when the call reach the run ext. script for "RecordAgentGreeting", i am getting the following message:" a greeting file name was not provided" and the call exit from the success node.

What routing-client/DN is your agent greeting recording script attached to? Are you invoking the ICM script by calling the CVP server directly or by the CUCM routing client? It needs to be the latter otherwise the agent ID will be unknown.
