jabber nat client phone server problem

hi, i have some client use jabber with small wireless router like tplink,our company ip address range is 10.0.0.0/8,when they use small wirelessrouter ,their's ip address is 192.168.1.0/24 and nat to 10/8,this is a big problem ,because they register to cucm with 192.X.X.X ip address , but i have not the route of 192, when in this siutation,if video call start with other,they can not see other's voice and picture

it seems the nat only effect for ip flow ,but not effect for sip or sccp packet

how can i resolve it ?
