Expressway-E fails to locate CMR-Cloud using SIP

Expressway-C/E pair version X8.5.2 cannot locate CMR-Cloud using SIP protocol but correctly locates it via H.323.

Anyways, call goes through in SIP.

Anyone with same issue?

I recommend you also post this to the Cisco Support Community (https://supportforums.cisco.com/index.jspa) since this community is not staffed with technical support experts. Another option is to open a ticket with the Cisco Technical Assistance Center (www.cisco.com/go/support) to get expert debugging assistance.
