APIs IPCC Enterprise 9.0 to automate agent creation, deletion and modification

Hello

I would like to know if there are APIs available in IPCC Enterprise 9.0 to automate agent creation, deletion and modification such as updating passwords?

please help to provide the necessary documentation.

As per my understanding you are looking for UCCE REST API.

For CCE 9.0, the agent API you can only be able to perform following three operation:
Agent Get
Agent List
Agent Update

The create and delete operaions are not applicable for Agent API. You can use these two operations with someother API's like Attribute API, Administrator API etc.

Thank you Hemant. I did take a look at the API. I believe with Get API we can update agent passwords. at this time I am looking to update agent password information.
